A peculiarity of MECQ’s is that of being available for consultancy services, mainly in favor of the defending side, in criminal trials regarding subjects of its competence, in those cases where it’s apparent, under the behavioural profile, the goodwill of the suspects.
Its original approach, in contrast with the standard process, consists in facing the theme with a multidisciplinary team that allows to thoroughly investigate the event, searching for its effective causes, also for the purpose of rebutting the accusations that could first be detected by the entities appointed to the investigation.
