SAFETY AND MACHINERY CERTIFICATION
In this field, MECQ’s activities concentrate on the assessment of machinery risk, according to UNI EN 12100 together with the conformity verification according to All. V of D.Lgs. 81/08 or obvious risk analysis, usage and maintenance in reference to RES of applicable directives, also performing CE certification of new or substantially modified machinery, both as support to the client and executing the certification in first-person and becoming the de facto manufacturer, defining furthermore safe usage conditions also through specifically created operative instructions.
INDUSTRIAL PLANT SAFETY
From risk assessment to conformity analysis, from operative conduction to maintenance, MECQ grants the safety of extended industrial plants that, even though not strictly representing machinery, fall in the scope of responsibility of the employer according to points I and III of title III of D.Lgs. 81/08.
The extreme complexity of industrial plants requires a “by process” and “by system” approach to risk assessment and management, that focuses the attention on the logical processes of the industry in its whole.
The specific techniques such as HAZOP, FMEA, FMECA, FTA accompany and are at the base of the risk assessment that the plant conductor has to perform by law, as well as the organizational and advanced training methodologies, especially regarding possible accident or emergency scenarios, representing the foundation of risk control.
MECQ supports the solving of technical problems by pursuing the objective of combining the specific needs of the client regarding function and machine maintenance with the conformity to applicable technical standards, to identify the best technical solutions possible to guarantee safety.
